The trip was what promised. The swimming was good. However, the boat was overcrowded with not enough seating. On the way back, the boat hoes faster and with choppy water, everyone sitting up front was soaked from a big waves. My 90 father was stranded on the front of boat with no way to move him inside. No crew member asked if help was needed. The crew should have told us that it a wet area. No excuses!
Bus was a little late. Would be helpful if collector had name of traveller in future. Lovely day apart from weather being not good. Entertainment ln boat would perhaps be an improvement in future. Swim was lovely as sun did come out. Blue caves… Bit short. Too many boats though🤔 Bus drivers excellent.
The entire day was amazing the sights were out of this world and have etched a place in
my memory forever to experience such a beautiful place wow! Thanks for the memories

Do not book this. It is a scam! The driver never picked me up and I went through Viator for a refund but never received it. They stole my money please save yourself the headache do not buy this unless you want to be scammed. I should have read and listened to the other reviews as apparently this has happened to others
The booking system is poor and leads to confusion. I’m sure the tour is good but the experience with booking and communication meant we missed the trip and lost over €100.
When booking you provide your hotel information and address for the pick up.
They should flag up at this stage if your hotel address is outside of their pick up zone. It would be very simple to have a feature to check your location as they ask for this information.
We didn’t get this message at the time of booking so we booked thinking that they would collect us from our hotel.
The messaging system requires you to check the website frequently in case they send a message rather than through text/ email etc (this is also an issue if out and have limited signal/ WiFi access)
We missed important information which was sent the evening before with the location and time. We didn’t get the message until we woke up in the morning and found out the pick up location was over an hour from our hotel which was not specified at the time of booking.
(If we had known all this we would have gone with a different tour provider)
We didn’t have time to get there so missed the trip entirely. We were unable to get even a partial refund for this so lost all our money.
Please be aware of this when booking through this website and be sure to check where the pick up location is in relation to where you’re staying to avoid losing your money.
