With this Corfu Island Tour you have a chance to see the most beautiful parts of Corfu in just one day. The excursion includes the renowned beauty spots of Kassiopi, Kouloura, Corfu Town , Kanoni, Paleokastritsa, Bella vista and Troumbeta Pass.
We start with a short exploration of the town and then we head to Kanoni from where we enjoy the famous and panoramic views over Mouse island and the Vlacherena convent.
From there we travel inland to Paleokastritsa, the most popular and picturesque area of the island. There we will visit the 13th century orthodox monastery. Free time on the main beach where you can have lunch or take local boats and visit the caves with turqoise waters.
Our next stop is the Bella Vista, described by Lawrence Durrel as having the most beautiful view in the whole Mediterranean.
Optional lunch lunch in a restaurant with astonished view on Ionian sea.
Continuing our tour through the Troumbeta Pass, where we can enjoy spectacular views of the island’s north and center we will aproach the north coast line and we will visit the picturesque port of Kassiopi.

Tour très intéressant et varié. Bon restaurant. Dommage que le guidage n’était pas en
français et surtout qu’il n’y avait pas de pick-up à mon hôtel, entraînant des frais
importants.
Ein toller Tag von Beginn bis zum Ende. Man sieht die allerwichtigsten Stellen von Korfu an einem Tag und sammelt tolle Eindrücke und Erinnerungen, wie etwa die optionale Bootsfahrt mit dem singenden Skipper in den Buchten von Paleokastritsa oder den über deinem Kopf hinweg landenden Flugzeugen bei der Mausinsel mit dem Vlacherna Kloster usw. usw. Unsere Reiseleiterin gab uns viele Infos. Sie erzählte auch tolle Geschichten und Sagen der Gegend in perfektem Deutsch und Englisch und war sehr, sehr nett. Der Busfahrer war ein Könner, manchmal waren nur mehr einige Millimeter zwischen den Häusern Platz, unglaublich. Alles in allem ein wirklich toller Tag, auch die Abholung hat gut geklappt und alle Menschen waren so freundlich. Wir haben es sehr genossen.

Experiences were very good particularly the optional boat trip at Paleokastritsa.
Unfortunately the Achilleion Palace was closed for renovation.
A beautiful island with a very long history, from ancient Greece to Rome to the Venetian dominance of the Adriatic. A long period of English occupation made the English Governor General’s mansion one of the places to see. We very much enjoyed our walking tour and lunch at local restaurant on the city green (bill imaged). It was a very enjoyable day and another pleasant scenic experience.
